How our quizzes work
What we measure
Our quizzes describe what happens between two people: how your conversations go, who starts and ends arguments, how the load is shared, what has changed over time.
We do not assess anyone’s mental or physical health. No quiz diagnoses you or your partner, and we do not use clinical questionnaires.
Where the questions come from
The questions are written in-house, based on published relationship research: attachment theory, studies of the demand and withdraw pattern, research on how household and mental load is shared. Articles cite specific studies next to the claims that rely on them. Our quizzes are independent and are not affiliated with any commercial personality typology.
How results are calculated
- Everything runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to our server and are not stored.
- Results are ranges, not scores. We never say “73 out of 100”. A single number reads like a verdict, and relationships don’t work that way.
- Some answers matter more than the total. If your answers point to a situation where you need a person, the quiz says so directly and offers nothing to buy.
- We don’t give precise odds. Nobody can calculate the chances of a specific couple, including us. When we quote numbers, they come from research on many people, with a link.
