Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using PairClear (the “Site”). They are the English version of the site regulations required under Polish law on providing services by electronic means.

2. What the Site provides
The Site provides free informational articles about relationships and online self-reflection quizzes. The Site does not provide psychological, psychotherapy, medical or legal services. Articles and quiz results are not a diagnosis, counseling, or a professional recommendation.
No paid services are offered on the Site as of the effective date. Before any are introduced, these Terms will be updated with payment, delivery, withdrawal and refund terms.
3. Technical requirements
You need an internet-connected device and a modern browser with JavaScript enabled. No registration is required.
4. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over.
5. Start and end of the agreement
The agreement for free services starts when you begin using the Site and ends when you stop. You may stop at any time without giving a reason.
6. Prohibited content
You may not use the Site to transmit unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, or to disrupt the Site.
7. Complaints
Send complaints about the Site to hello@pairclear.com, describing the problem and how to reach you. We respond within 14 days of receipt.
8. Responsibility
You make your own decisions about your life, relationships and health. We do not guarantee that our articles or quizzes will change your relationship or its outcome. If there is a risk to life or health, contact emergency services: where to get help.
9. Intellectual property
The articles, quizzes, design and code of the Site belong to the service provider. Copying or redistribution without written permission is prohibited, except where the law allows it.
10. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. We will announce changes to these Terms on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
